What do you do when you’re feeling completely overwhelmed?
Sometimes, the constant thinking and planning and strategising about work, clients, family & kids, house-stuff, study, exercise, goals, budgets – is just is so overwhelming. Having my own stuff on my mind, as well as other people’s stuff, is just …… *sigh*
My current strategy is: breathe, and just take one step at a time.
