I didn’t coin this term, but I’m increasingly seeing it in different places. And I’ve probably been guilty of it as well.
I understand why we see it – often because people are fighting for scraps. But when that’s not the case, we really need to keep ourselves in check – know our why, make sure we have all the information before we judge, recognise you don’t know everything that a person has gone through, and ask ourselves what can we do to change a situation instead of just growling at the people who I should be working with.
